May 2005 - Ireland, Burns Family Reunion
First-ever family reunion was organized by my father, and took place in Co. Clare, Ireland. Folks flew from the USA, Scotland, and Jersey, and drove from Belfast and Omagh to attend... about 36 total. Pete and I spent the first week in the Dingle Peninsula, County Kerry with Pete's mother Bonnie - her first trip outside the US. Then we joined the family for the second week. Pete rode his bike almost daily, and the weather cooperated with brilliant sun for the second week in Clare. Wonderful trip.

It must have been exciting to have a first time ever reunion. You guys will have to try and make one of our reunions. The next one is in Florida, 2007. You have plenty of time to plan.
Bob and I had a wonderful trip to Ireland many years ago. We loved every minute. Glad to see Bonnie made the trip. We haven't seen her in ages and ages.
